Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not working due to manufacturer malfunction. Most Manufacturers offer a guarantee, so please contact them first.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as edible products, magazines, calendars, coloring books, Lingerie, Adult sex toys cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Reasons for not accepting return

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after purchase or delivery
  • Change of mind on any product.

What happens next?

In the case you have a product with a manufacturer malfunction and you have contacted the manufacturer and decided to return it to Endless Desires. You have returned it within the 7 days and once your return is received and inspected, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange.

If you are approved, then your store credit or exchange will be processed, If it is a store the credit it will be available to spend in store or online. If you are getting it exchanged it will be swapped for the same new product. * Store credits will be issued with an expiry date of 1 (one) year from date credit is issued.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be credited. Sale items cannot be credited.

RETURNS

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from manufacturer.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: PO BOX 6197, Howrah, Tasmania, 7018

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are getting it exchanged Endless Desires will pay for the new one being shipped to you. If you receive a credit, the cost of return shipping will be paid by Endless Desires.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
