Endless Desires uses Australia post to ship items Australia wide. All items are posted by their weight.
All orders are sent with tracking number and ATL (authority to leave) If you do not wish to have it left unattended please write a note or email us. Insurance is available if customer asks for it. Express post is available upon request.
Orders can take around 24hrs to process, if all order is in stock we try to get it out before 3pm to post office. Please allow 2-5 days for delivery remote areas may take a couple of days longer.
If items are on back order please allow an extra 4-7 days before you receive tracking notification, in some cases we can get some suppliers to express post items, so we get them the next day and post to you the same day.
All orders are packed in a black or purple bag with an address label on it. If you prefer not to have our logo on the label please notify us in the comment section at check out or email.
